Partner registration

Registration closes September 1st.

Please fill in the form below to register as a partner of a delegate to join one or more  of the social events of the 7th International Congress on Zookeeping and/or one or more of the congress tours.

There are no requirements to classify as somebody’s partner.

€1,- from each registration goes towards a conservation (reforestation) project in Spain. You have the option to increase the amount that you want to donate in the  registration form.

We use the payment system PayPal which allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, a bank account linked to PayPal, debit card or credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use a debit or credit card. If you have any questions about your payment, please contact us at registration@iczoo.org.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your registration by sending an email to registration@iczoo.org. Your cancellation is only valid after confirmation by the International Congress of Zookeepers (ICZ). It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation is confirmed.

If you cancel before September 1st, 2022 you will be charged 10% of the registration fees.
If you cancel between September 1st and September 18th, 2022 you will be charged 25% of the registration fees.
If you cancel between September 19th and September 25th, 2022 you will be charged 50% of the registration fees.
Cancellations after September 25th will not be refunded.

Covid cancellation policy
If the entire event has to be cancelled due to local Covid restrictions and/or national increased Covid prevention measures you will receive a full refund minus 10% of the registration fees.
If a registered participant has to cancel due to Covid-related disease and/or travel restrictions caused by Covid the regular cancellation policy, as stated above, will be applied.
